Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Specialist to join our team. As the Partnership Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, including universities, colleges, and vocational schools. You will also be responsible for promoting the school's programs and services to potential students, and for working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment and enrollment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment partnership strategies to establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, including universities, colleges, and vocational schools.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and activities, such as college fairs, campus visits, and webinars, to promote the school's programs and services to potential students.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including admissions, marketing, and academic departments, to develop and implement recruitment plans that align with the school's goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at external organizations to facilitate the recruitment of qualified students to the school.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of recruitment partnership activities and outcomes, and produce reports as needed.
  • Manage the recruitment partnership budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses and revenue.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to recruitment partnerships, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment partnership development, preferably in a school or academic setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and recruitment strategies and tactics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software applications
