We focus on public relations, social media marketing, and media analytics, and pride ourselves as experts in earned media communication. Starting with one employee in 2003, M2.0 now has a total of around 50 full-time staffers composed of a dozen manager/director level employees and more than 40 specialists.

Is the role right for you?

As Creative Producer, you are responsible for the development of video and other creative materials as required by video-only clients, retainer clients with video requirements, and the internal marketing team. You will provide support for each of these teams from conceptualization to implementation. As a Creative Producer, you are also required to…

  • Work in collaboration with the content and creative team to write, conceptualize, and produce audiovisual materials
  • Negotiate with suppliers in preparation for shoots and other creative requirements
  • Partner with the producer for audio/video planning (timelines and milestone)
  • Plan and direct video and audio recording sessions, including providing direction to the crew and talent
  • Review all stages of audio/video creation to ensure that quality standards and SOP have been followed
  • Provide assistance and input in all other aspects pertaining to proper functioning of the department

Minimum Qualifications

Are you right for the role?

You should hold a bachelor’s degree in any course, and have had relevant video production work experience. Interest in digital, an appreciation for creative ideas, and a keen eye for detail are key. Research experience is a plus.

On a day-to-day basis, our sales team is supported by talented space planners and an experienced costing team. Over the medium and long term, you will be supported by an industrial design team that develops products according to customers’ needs.

How about the package?

Our basic salary band for this position is from P25,000 to P30,000 a month. This is a full-time position. Upon regularization, benefits include:
