Web Designer  

M2.0 Communications is looking for a Web Designer who is keen to grow our brands by imagining and designing websites that get customers hooked on our story. M2.0 leads a portfolio of four companies that are into communication, big data, software development, and construction.

We work with leading edge talent all over the world in consulting, computer science, and analytics. We are at an exciting stage in our journey and are looking forward to adding mission-driven people to the team.

What would you be doing?

As a Web Designer, you will work with the M2.0 marketing team to revamp, design, prototype, and launch company websites and digital marketing content. At M2.0, we bring design thinking to all aspects of web development and believe in producing intuitive experiences that help make our customers’ decision-making journeys as pleasant as they should be—we want this ethos to come through across all our channels. The web designer is expected to

• Create, implement, and maintain all aspects of web design, including the development of original visual content, design guidelines, and improvements to the user interface
• Communicate with the marketing and content teams to integrate marketing strategy into website design
• Collaborate with the visual design team to develop and revise content
• Communicate all finalized design images, web style changes, and interface improvements to the relevant teams; execute updates and changes in a timely way
• Monitor the website and identify issues related to functionality or customer experience to minimize negative experiences, continually testing and documenting site capabilities
• Convert Figma designs into component-based HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and manage the integration
• QA test websites for browser compatibility and responsive performance.

How about the package?

Depending on your expertise, you can expect a monthly salary between P40,000 to P60,000 monthly. We offer a range of benefits for regular employees, including

This is a part-remote (two days a week), part-office (three days a week) position, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

• The job of a good Web Designer entails both creativity and hard work, with the technical chops to boot. We are looking for someone with
• Extensive experience developing journeys, wireframes, and user flows
• Expertise with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Balsamiq/Visio, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• A proven ability to turn wireframes into a functional design
• An understanding of layout, color, and typography, with fanatical attention to detail
• Experience designing services and delivering UX solutions for projects of large scope
• Experience in web and frontend development; fluency in JavaScript, ReactJS and React Native
• Experience designing graphics such as icons, logos, and a great eye for typography
