We do this by revealing conversations about issues and brands in the media, extracting insights from these conversations so that organizations can build strategies around them.

Is the role right for you?

As a project manager, you are responsible for planning and overseeing projects from initial ideation through to completion. You will be coordinating people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. Your responsibilities include…

• Planning projects with software development teams
• Defining the project scope, objectives, and delivery dates including cadence for sprint meetings
• Coordinating with project staff and ensuring healthy participation in all meetings including Scrums
• Managing the budget and allocation of project resources
• Providing direction and support for the project team
• Continuously monitoring and reporting project progress to key stakeholders especially clients and top level decision-makers
• Creating and communicating project progress reports
• Implementing and managing project changes to achieve project results
• Conducting evaluation and assessment of results

On a day-to-day basis, our project managers are supported by talented operations people. Over the medium and long term, you will be supported by a product development team to help you deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

How about the package?

Our basic salary band for this position is from P40,000 to P60,000 a month. This is a full-time position. Upon regularization, benefits include:

You should have project management experience with software projects. You would ideally have managed projects related to software product development. We’re looking for someone with...

• At least two years of experience using Scrum methodologies
• At least two years of experience running cross-team / cross-functional projects using
• At least two years of experience running Agile processes such as sprints for multiple engineering Teams
• Expertise in using project management platforms such as Jira and Asana
• Sharp, ambitious, organized, and takes ownership wherever possible
• Can grasp engineering considerations and communicate those out to non-technical individuals
• Has a love for the building and iteration of efficient processes
