About the Position
M2.0 Communications is looking for a talented, detail-oriented marketer who is passionate about crafting and deploying compelling campaigns intended to drive interest in our company, product, and services with prospects and customers.
As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily build and deployment of our marketing programs. You will also own content & creation of some of your own marketing programs, including our webinar and newsletter programs. To succeed, you’ll need to be a strong project manager, a great collaborator, have keen attention to detail, and be agile in a quickly changing workplace.
About the Marketing Team
The Marketing Team at M2.0 Communications collaborates across business units to help drive sales and support the growth goals of the company using data and creativity. With a demand-generation approach, the marketing team targets high-quality leads and nurtures them with compelling content and events including webinars, blogs, lunch & learns, white papers, case studies, and the like.
What to expect in this position:
- Manage growth and optimization of online marketing programs to meet revenue goals.
- Generate new leads by leveraging a variety of online marketing channels and strategies, including email, paid advertising, landing pages, content marketing, and more, with support from the marketing team.
- Maintain nurture campaigns through marketing automation (Hubspot) and retargeting to convert leads to prospects for inside sales team.
- Establish KPIs, track performance/success, measure, analyze and adjust campaigns based on performance.
- Prepare marketing reports and post-program analysis summarizing campaign results.
- Evaluate our website and strategically build qualified traffic.
- Working with our content team to develop content that converts.
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years B2B marketing and demand generation experience; focused on inbound, digital, social media and email marketing
