M2.0 Communications, Inc.'s sister company, Outboxed Solutions Inc. (OSI) is a fast-growing, Valenzuela-based, design and fabrication company that imagines, creates, and sells modern office systems and home furniture. We are looking for a passionate, solutions-oriented account manager to hunt for new corporate and design firm accounts and bring them in as long-term partners. While our client base is largely corporate, we are currently looking at building relationships with architectural and interior design firms. More specifically, we are interested in hiring designers who have sales experience and/or salespeople who’ve grown in the fit-out and furniture industry.

Responsibilities:

• Build a thorough understanding of OSI’s business
• Find new accounts with corporate and with design firms
• Close deals with leads that are appropriate for OSI’s business

• Retain clients by building trust-based relationships
• Collaborate with internal and external design and fabrication teams

• A Bachelor's Degree in a design-related course will offer advantages
• 5+ years of experience in furniture and project selling with a technical background in furniture and cabinetry
• Experience in managing a large account portfolio
• Strong customer service and project management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and solutions-oriented
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
• Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
