Job Description

M2.0 Communications, Inc. is a public relations and digital marketing agency that tells meaningful stories for the organizations and brands we work with. UI/UX design forms part of our commitment to crafting compelling, data-driven narratives, and our web designers play a key role in developing the websites we use to communicate industry knowledge, media expertise, and thought leadership to potential clients.

As part of a creative team, our web designers work closely with strategists and content creators in a collaborative environment that fosters continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing ideas for M2.0’s websites
Collaborating with web development team to conceptualize content and design
Providing mockups as part of conceptualization
Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
Designing website visuals that are aligned with company branding
Incorporating company websites with features and functionalities
Implementing website testing and improvements
Enforcing content standards to maintain website appearance

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field
Excellent visual design skills
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Proficiency in front-end web development programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JQuery, and JavaScript
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
Familiarity with content management systems
Strong understanding of search engine optimization principles
Proficiency in responsive web design
Adaptability and openness to learning new things
Strong communications skills
