Business Development Specialist | OSI  

M2.0 Communications, Inc.'s sister company, Outboxed Solutions Inc. (OSI) is a fast-growing, Valenzuela-based design and fabrication company that focuses on the production of branded display modules and office furniture for corporate clients. The company has recently expanded into office equipment sales and fit-out while still creating bespoke retail commercial furniture pieces. OSI imagines, creates and sells exhibit modules, branded display stands and modern office systems.

We are looking for smart, self-starting Business Development people who love to pitch ideas and products to clients. Account executives who qualify will be working with designers and production managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships by phone, face-to-face meetings, and through the use of online tools
• Lead consultative discussions with potential and existing clients; recommend products and services for clients who are planning to build and construct offices and retail spaces
• Execute sales plans under the guidance of the Sales Manager
• Deliver sales proposals and presentations with confidence, influence and enthusiasm
• Develop sales strategies that attain yearly sales goals
• Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrates respect for others

All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established.

• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• Three (3) years’ experience in sales, marketing and/or account management preferably in design, fabrication, and/or construction with a history of meeting sales targets
• Experience with presentation design and delivery, including large group facilitation
• Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to speak to key decision-makers with confidence and influence
