• Maintain professional standards in all activities, coordination and transactions
• Coordinate and transmit information about availability, rates, and other aspects as requested by the client
• Respond to client requests, requirements and concerns
• Handle client concerns within 24 hours
• Achieve pre-agreed rental targets and confirmation rates consistently

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management

• Entry-level role for fresh graduates or up to one (1) year of experience

• All positions are only open to Manila-based applicants

• Computer savvy

• Highly confident in verbal and written communication

• Proactive and exude strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organization and prioritization skills

• Strong logic and problem-solving skills

• Skilled in lateral thinking along with the capacity to search out and solve customers’ requirements

• Willing to work through various shifts (7 AM – 4 PM, 9 AM – 6 PM, 12 PM – 9 PM), weekend work, and holidays

• You should have a work-from-home setup for the current scenario, with presence required on some days in the office.
