- Prepare property marketing plan and branding strategies
- Lead the Local Store Management, Event and Strategic Partnership Staff to ensure that overall target of the property is achieved
- Achieve yearly target income through retail partners' activities and promotions
- Spearhead special events, projects, activations that would support the Retail Partners of the property assigned
- Monitoring of competitors / Competitors Check
- Reviews Trade Area and Community Partnership
- Manage and create yearly promotions and activities that are suitable with the property assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year Business Course
- With at least 2 years experience in Mall Marketing including Events, Brand Management and Strategic Partnership
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned at Newport City, Mckinley Hill, Iloilo Business Park, or Alabang West
