- Conceptualize and execute fairs, special events, and activities to add value to assigned property.
- Spearhead special events, projects, and activations in common areas of property handled.
- Keep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in assigned property.
- Monitor all promotions and activities.
- Prepare post evaluation reports for every event.
- Coordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handled.
- Monitor and update tenants' sales and performance.
- Prepare and keep documentation of all promotional collaterals used in promotions and special activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business related course.
- At least two (2) years of work experience in marketing in a supervisory level.
- Experience in Brand Management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
