- Devise a working database of tenants per property
- Studies and synthesizes tenant data to come up with updated information on tenant mix and required efficiency ratio
- Maintains a library of submitted and/or evaluated concepts
- Sources, evaluates and recommends new concepts; at least 15 per week
- Stays abreast of the latest trends and consumer/client behavior
- Conducts concept checks and provides insights on industry competitors
- Ensures synergy among current and prospective tenants that will improve sales and increase both tenants' and customers' satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be willing to work in Taguig
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 years and up experienced employee specializing in Propery/Real Estate or equivalent
