- Works closely with Technical Manager to set objectives, targets, and strategies for assigned facility and ensure that these are consistent with established Company-wide goals
- Assist TSG-FM Head in preparing and monitoring Succession Plan for the unit
- Monitor implementation of all preventive maintenance activities.
- Identify frequent repairs and analyze causes to be able to recommend permanent solution to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure that all facilities complied with minimum safety standards and regulation.
- Periodically review technical related safety policies and recommend revision if necessary.
- Assist mall operations in all technical requirements for permits and licenses.
- Assist mall operations in all technical related inspection by authorities
- Assist Mall Operations in auditing all facilities required government and other regulatory permits and licenses.
- Assist Mall Operations in addressing all technical related violations to be brought up by government and regulatory representatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Licensed Mechanical or Electical Engineer
- Willing to be assigned at Alliance Global Tower Taguig City
