Job Description
- Answers telephone and transfer to appropriate staff member
- Assist in parking operations but not limited to traffic control
- Handles and interacts with customers regarding their issues and concerns
- Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Researches and purchases office furniture and supplies
- Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Support the administrative officer in financial concerns
- Cash handling: Witness counting of remittance, cash bundles and the like
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Responsible for the safekeeping of petty cash fund
- Monitor daily sales report
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Willing to be assigned in any property of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls
- Must be good in documentation
- Has good communication skills
