- Gather and monitors Rental Income Budget versus Actual Performance Month over Month
- Assist the Management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget
- Ensures that Units and Target property are ready for occupancy
- Collects, analyze, and reports the date to increase general sales productivity
- Analyzes the business operation to determine profitability as well, as to create a baseline for operational changes and action
- Recommends renewal/non-renewal of tenants or recommended for or deny concession requests
- Evaluates the sales trends and records and evaluating performance calculated against sales quotas
- Analyzes the feedback also, and oversees the outcomes and set-up accounts containing respective ideas, conclusions, and all-purpose guidance
- Analyzes the performance records and interpreting outcomes of overall sales
- Prepares the reporting structure and models that identify cost per unit and determine baseline for action
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- With atleast 1 year related experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
