Job Description

The Creative Specialist is responsible for the success of the content in Luxasia’s omni-channel marketing program. They will be part of regional team who work with our brands and brand managers to plan, coordinate, execute and measure campaigns that drive the consumer engagement and return on investment.

THE ROLE:

  • Websites and microsites: HTML coding optimized to desktop and mobile, to grab attention and deliver easy navigation on any browser.
  • Emails: fully functional communications that look and render beautifully on any device, so your customers always enjoy the experience you intended, wherever they are.
  • Print materials: designs that call on the latest audience research and integrate across channels for a consistent brand experience.
  • Banner and display advertising: informed by research for designs that make an immediate and lasting impression for improved click through.
  • SEO: optimized layout and design to ensure your products and services are always front and center.
  • Social: Facebook page design and FBML coding that sets you apart from the crowd.
  • Registration pages: layout and designs that minimize fuss and maximize data collection — to encourage sign-up and deliver greater customer insight.

Minimum Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • All applicants must have a portfolio link that showcase their creative works
  • All applicants should have a Pinterest account and to create a moodboard in 10 images (based on their style) to what beauty means to them.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years working in an Agency, Brand or Vendor planning and executing creative omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience beauty, retail or luxury goods preferred
  • Working knowledge of all the facets of omni-channel especially email or social campaign development and implementation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Saleforce Marketing Cloud Technology
  • Knowledge of test and learn practices a plus (such as A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, etc.)
  • Project management or agile project management experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint & strong Illustrator skills
  • Photography of video skills an advantage
