Ecommerce Store Operations Manager  

Luxasia Philippines is looking for an experienced and results-driven ecommerce associate to join our ecommerce team in the Philippines. The successful candidate for this job will be entrepreneurial and a self-starter, with a passion for beauty and have proven data analysis skills and experience with operating an ecommerce store. As a key member on our team you will be expected to help grow our ecommerce business by supporting the day-to-day operations and recommending strategies for ecommerce success.

This role will be based in our office in Manila.

Reporting to the Regional E-commerce manager, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing our Magento ecommerce site. Day-to-day responsibilities includes catalog management (load new products correctly into syste, update site banners, setup new site pages), promotion management (setting up promos in Magento, ensuring the mechanics are setup correct) and operations overview (be the key contact person for our fulfillment team, third-party courier and customer care care)
• Work with Merchadising and Marketing to inform our price, promotion and assortment strategy
• Working closely with e-commerce service providers and partners in the different markets to ensure adherence to SLAs
• Monitor performance on our in-house ecommerce websites in the Philippines by monitoring analytics on GA
• Analyzing data and trends to identify efficient ways to drive performance
• Work with Marketing team to execute marketing campaigns on our Magento ecommerce site
• Developing and optimizing processes and tools to improve scalability across the different markets

• Bachelor of Business, Tech or Engineering from a Top Tier school
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience with Magento is preferred
• Prior experience systems such as SAP is a bonus
• Proactive and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Prior project management experience is a bonus
