Job Description

Luxasia’s is looking to for a Marketing rockstar to join its in-house team based in Manila.

This is a critical role in Luxasia’s ecommerce team as the Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting campaigns that drive traffic and revenue for Luxasia’s online and offline store. The KPIs for this role are traffic, revenue and conversions. It’s an exciting role as the right candidate will drive the success of our beauty concept in the Philippines.

As the Marketing Manager you are expected to own and be responsible for planning and managing our efforts across Influencer Marketing, Social Marketing, CRM campaigns, Paid Marketing and offline ATL campaigns and activations.

Our beauty retail concept is a Challenger Brand, one of many operating in the space, so we need an Marketing Manager that can adopt a challenger brand mentality to help grow the business rapidly to hit our ambitious ecommerce revenue targets.

You will own the marketing budget and will also be measured against marketing spend and marketing ROI (traffic and conversions). You will be able to set the strategy across marketing channels and be able to drive the adoption of our value proposition. As such the right candidate will have a track record of crafting and executing marketing campaigns that engage and convert.

The right candidate will also have experience with brand building to create communities on social media that engage with content and campaigns.

The Marketing Manager will also work closely with the Merchandiser and Graphic Design team to coordinate campaigns and assets for the online store.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an omni-channel marketing strategy across online and offline
  • Plan the marketing calendar for ecommerce and retail store; develop detailed quarterly plans and execute those plans
  • Own the marketing budget and deliver the ecommerce revenue targets; key KPIs include traffic, conversion and revenue
  • Responsible for all marketing activities to push awareness and conversions and these can include influencers, PR, paid digital and offline (events and sponsorships)
  • Build partnerships with brands and third-parties that will help grow awareness of our brand
  • Have a pulse on the latest beauty trends and plan campaigns around those; work with the Merchandising manager to feedback on identified trends
  • Own the homepage of the site to ensure it features the latest campaigns
  • Work with regional team to activate CRM and paid marketing campaigns
  • Work with Content lead to sync content calendar with marketing calendar
  • Work with Merchandising to ensure stocks are sufficient for upcoming marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Merchandising team and Graphic Design team to craft on-site marketing collaterals and content related to new brands
  • Work together with the Content Lead to sync campaigns on social media
  • Analyze and report on ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives and share weekly updates with regional team
  • Responsible for managing PR agencies

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-7 years in Marketing with at least 3 years digital marketing experience within a high-growth company
  • Proven and measurable track record of delivering marketing strategies that drive revenue and market share, preferably within ecommerce and/or the beauty industry
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Demonstrable success within a start-up or corporate environment is key
  • Results oriented, with strong analytical skills that help drive decision making is key
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can operate well in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive can-do attitude, able to generate great ideas and get stuff done autonomously
  • Strong communication and project management skills
