Job Description

  • Develop, manage and implement all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in the local market to achieve the current and longer-term sales targets.
  • Responsible for brand building, liaising with agencies, production of inhouse promotional materials and publications, preparing press releases, organizing promotional activities.
  • Work with the logistic teams on forecast to ensure the timely fulfilment of the stocks to the stores with minimal stock variance.
  • Manage A&P Budget and deliver marketing activity according to the strategy and objectives outlined to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Ensure perfect execution of merchandising that follows brand standards for launches, product/Brand Heritage displays in stores and animations.
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
  • Monitor, review, and report on the results of launches and animations.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the brand official event and to decide on its participation in sponsorship and guerrilla events by carefully inspecting the expected ROI’s.
  • Integrate the digital strategy involving the brand website with social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and You tube so as to achieve the delivered participation and activity levels.
  • Support e-commerce with online campaign that will drive more people to the site and maintain and develop a quarterly calendar of activities and projects for the brand’s selling site/s.
  • Ensure that PR strategy leads to media interest in the brand and its launches so as to achieve the targeted quality and quantity of PR coverage, in the desired publications and platforms
  • Work closely with Education Manager & Sales Manager team so as to develop and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to create consumer demand which will be translated to sales when combined with effective sales techniques and excellent product knowledge in the stores.
  • Perform analysis of market trends and new developments, competitor information, customer feedbacks and complaints utilizing information for business improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent with at least 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Cosmetics experience preferred and have a strong network.
  • Have a strong grasp of the commercial aspects of the beauty industry and the retail business dynamics in Philippines Market (B to C business).
  • Understand diverse cultures and have strong adaptability.
  • Able to multi-task and possess good analytical skills.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills, planning skills, organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Well organized, patient and a good timekeeper.
  • The capacity of planning, logical thinking and be creative.
  • Social Media analytics.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Analytical and strong in numbers.
  • Proactive and has a strong passion for the job.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other photo/image editing program.
