Job Description
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
- Ensuring that all materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for intended project.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, managers, planners, quantity surveyors and general workforce involved in the project
- Preparing Site reports, work accomplishments, billings and site correspondence to clients and filling in other paperwork
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- At least 1-year of work experience in construction projects or related work
- Able to work with minimal supervision and can adapt within reasonable time to company standards
