Job Description
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations coordinating with concerned departments, suppliers, and transportation companies.
- Provide recommendations to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
- Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers
- Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency
- Coordinates with providers and monitor service performance
- Ensure that providers comply with standards or procedures for product delivery
- Recommends and implements efficient warehouse lay-out and design
- Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements within the system
- Maintains and updated inventory/records database.
- Identify and resolves any inventory discrepancies
- Implements policies and procedures on proper warehouse management and good housekeeping.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 3- 5 years’ experience logistics experience preferably in property construction and real estate companies
- Analytical and Detailed Oriented
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Able to manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
