Job Description
- Overall office management
- Review & files contracts for commercial rentals, service providers (eg utilities, insurance, etc)
- Coordinates with building management group as needed
- Canvases, purchase for equipment, goods as might be necessary
- Manages inventory / stock management of tools, equipment, supplies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Management or any related course
- 3 to 5 years experience in Real Estate and Hotel Operations
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
