Job Description
- Prepares external reports such as but not limited to: warranty, engineering order for customers (EOC), invoice information on selected aircrafts, statement of account, etc.
- Ensures resolution issues with customers in coordination with concerned divisions in LTP.
- Recommends monthly revenue accruals based on cost reports and ensures proper matching of revenues and costs.
- Coordinates with Financial Accounting- Accounts Payable Section on transmittal of vendors’ invoices in billing reimbursable transactions.
- Ensures items in clearing accounts are properly accounted for and billed.
- Prepares invoices on sale of materials and adhoc services for third party customers.
- Analyzes open items in clearing accounts for billing discrepancies and foreign exchange differences.
- Prepares periodic reports to key customers, completed layovers to various customers and disputed invoices in the SAP Financial System.
- Recommends systems and process improvements affecting commercial performance of the company.
- Provides data and attends to external auditors’ requirements in the annual audit.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Preferably CPA
- Knowledgeable of MS Excel and SAP
- Preferably with good scholastic record

Founded in the year 2000 as a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Philippine aviation service provider MacroAsia Corporation, Lufthansa Technik Philippines offers a wide range of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services to customers worldwide.
