HR Assistant | Fixed Term  

Assists in the administration and coordination of programs and activities pertaining to recruitment.

• Reviews position requirements, candidate qualifications and other information on all requisitions.
  • Sorts resume of job applicants if they meet the position requirements based on request.
• Posts job opening notices within LTP premises.
  • Ensures that notices are properly posted in bulletin boards and the LTP intranet.
• Contacts applicants for exam and interview schedules and uses all possible means to contact them (i.e. mobile, email).
• Assists in the administration and facilitation of applicants assessments.
  • Administers and checks personnel tests of applicants.
  • Conducts initial Interview among applicants for rank-and-file positions.
  • Prepares interview forms to be used as guide for interviewers.
  • Prepares psychological profile reports of short-listed applicants.
  • Files and sorts application not considered for employment.
  • Disposes applications filed more than one (1) year.
• Contacts applicants’ former employers to verify data submitted by applicant.
• Assists in collecting all pre-employment requirements of job applicants for documentation (licenses/certifications, ID pictures, medical exam results) and further forwards collected data to HR-IS for filing in 201 folders.

• A graduate of any four-year course, preferably Behavioral Science courses
• Industrial experience not required, but preferred
• At least 1-year to less than 2-years related work experience
• Attentive to details
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have intermediate computer skills
• Possesses strong leadership capabilities
• Must have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
