Job Description
- Administer the budget as well as the expenses of the department to ensure smooth departmental operation.
- Monitor and provide recommendation on the department’s finances and investment, inventory assets, and operational expenditures in order to operate a cost-effective organization.
- Control and monitor operating and general expenses of the divisions/ department.
- Monitor and coordinate procurement of resources of the divisions/ department to concerned offices.
- Provide monthly controlling report analysis for critical items that may affect the department’s budget and expenses.
- Review and sign Department personnel travel expenses report as authorized by VP of the Department.
- Validate and review billings and cash advances, as well as affix initial prior to approval signature of the VP.
- Prepare reports and presentations and proposals related to Operating Expenses.
- Monthly monitoring of overtime and vacation leaves to ensure zero VLs by the end of the year.
- Updated Plantilla and Manpower movement as well as status report for Productive and Support personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably B.S. Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or its equivalent.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Founded in the year 2000 as a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Philippine aviation service provider MacroAsia Corporation, Lufthansa Technik Philippines offers a wide range of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services to customers worldwide.
The company heavily focuses on base maintenance checks for the A320 family, A330/A340, and A380 aircraft types.
