Quality Audit Controller | Data Analyst  

A. General

• Control, update, and monitor all audit findings thru electronic data system.
• Accomplish data collection, analysis, and report task/endeavors of BM/Q interest.

B. Specific

• lssue reference number for tracking of conducted Continuation Training for BM personnel such as:
  • Documentation and Procedures Training.
  • Read and Sign
  • Briefing
  • Orientation
• lssue control number for Manual and Handbook Change Requests and monitor status on weekly basis in reference to HCR/MCR status in QM portal.
• Control, regularly monitor, and update all BM audit findings internal or external on the excel database to ensure on time response and avoid overdue.
• Consistently remind respective divisions of open audit items for immediate response and handling.
• Report on daily basis to Section Manager-BM/Q the current status of all BM audits.
• Generate and prepare monthly summary report of all BM audits which shall be discussed during BM/Q monthly meeting.
• Maintain BM/Q files in the appropriate binders and provide the same to concerned QPE relative to issues being handled.
• Route or transmit BM/Q files and pertinent documents to respective divisions for information campaign or necessary action.
• Upkeep and maintain security of BM/Q files/folders and further ensure that file cabinets are locked at the end of working hours.
• Perform inventory/review on BM/Q files/folders every six (6) months for completeness of documents versus tracking/control number index and submit inventory result to Section Manager-BM/Q for appropriate action.

• Graduate of any BS Engineering course.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communications.
