Job Description
GENERAL
- Provide expertise, guidance and support to the Head of Process Improvement in developing and enhancing processes and organization of the LTP Base Maintenance
- Provide support for the delivery of strategic company and corporate objectives through deployment of continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Maintaining close collaboration with the process specialist from the other facilities, central process specialists and other LTP sections/departments
SPECIFIC
- Proactively support the ONE production system (OPS) in general and the Head of Process improvement (HoPI) in particular in the implementation, sustaining and continuously improving the OPS network with their central and local strategic projects and initiatives
- Provide expertise, guidance, coaching, and support to the local management in establishing and maintaining a winning culture of Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Together with HoPI, he will facilitate the strategy deployment process within the Base Maintenance, developing plans that balance transformation requirements (e.g SixToOne), operational needs and improvement activities
- Coordinate and assist in the creation and monitoring of agreed process improvement plans at site level in close coordination with the HoPI, head of production and corresponding CEO, regularly reviewing the launched local and central projects (site programs) and performing or assisting the corresponding risk assessment.
- Be facilitator and drive the OPS organization for Base Maintenance within the respective location using the right tools and methods.
- Assist in local HoPI in maintaining the OPS control center-platform
- To promote, support and contribute to effective communication, within the site and throughout the LHT-network, in particular to establish a strong and effective PS- and central PS-community. To engage local employees to take an active role in continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be college degree holder
- Preferably Accountancy graduate with CPA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen to learn and build up expertise in regard to method and tools
- Strong ability to understand and apply Change Management and Process Improvement philosophies
- Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to facilitate strategic and operational events from shop floor to executive level
- Good facilitation skills
- Team player and strong ability to make other people engage
- Good analytic and problem solving skills
- High level of discipline and courage for Process Governance
