Job Description

1. Performance of general office work of diversified nature in which no particular duty constitutes a substantial portion of the work period.

2. Types correspondences, bibliographies, lists, requests letters, overdue notices, transmittals, etc.

3. Records and files all outgoing and incoming correspondences and information materials.
4. Answers telephone calls and inquiries. Directs callers to the individual requested or other individuals or offices in the absence of the former.
5. Checks materials for accuracy of information and forms, following general instructions or standards.
6. Updates and maintains files and records in an orderly manner for references.
7. Maintains working space and reading room orderly and clean.
8. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Manager or Section Manager to whom assigned.
9. Actively reports safety hazards and incidents in the tasks he/she performs.
10. Complies with the established safety rules / requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

(1) Graduate of 4-year course
(2) Knowledgeable in computer applications such as MS Office
(3) Excellent communication skills

Founded in the year 2000 as a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and Philippine aviation service provider MacroAsia Corporation, Lufthansa Technik Philippines offers a wide range of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services to customers worldwide. The company heavily focuses on base maintenance checks for the A320 family, A330/A340, and A380 aircraft types. It has 8 hangar bays and workshops which have been designed according to the latest industry standards in order to support aircraft maintenance, major modifications, cabin reconfigurations, engine maintenance and painting. LTP’s broad experience in base maintenance checks has earned the trust of more than fifty customers worldwide. It is also rendering line maintenance to more than twenty domestic and international carriers. Through a partnership with Lufthansa Technical Training Philippines (LTTP), LTP mechanics are certified through EASA Part 66-compliant courses. LTP holds repair station certificates from the FAA, EASA, CAAP and other airworthiness authorities.
