Job Description
- Prepares Request for Request for Payment Voucher (RPV) and obtain payment approval.
- Sort and check Check Voucher (CV) prepared by the treasury and stamp paid all the attachments.
- Prepares payment and a deposit slip for all utilities to be paid and check for deposit.
- Manage day to day petty cash advances and replenishment of employees.
- Prepares a summary of Petty Cash Fund (PCF) cash out per account title and per department.
- Analyze and prepares Request for Payment Voucher (RPV) for petty cash fund replenishment.
- Check supporting documents and computation of all agents and sales area head revolving fund reimbursement.
- Prepares Request for Payment Voucher (RPV) and necessary entries.
- Prepares all debit memos of accounts payable.
- Reconcile, analyze and prepares necessary adjustment of balance sheet account.
- Prepares all accrual entries every end of the month.
- Prepares JV entry and adjustment.
- Prepares payment and summary of all government remittance and loans.
- Online payment of SSS contribution and filing of BIR efps for LTS Luminex Marketing account.
- Prepares a summary of local purchases and importation for monthly and quarterly vat computation.
- Online remittance of employees PhilHealth contributions.
- Reconciliation of outstanding checks and PDC with the treasury’s end of the month reports.
- Encode alpha list to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) relief program of minimum wage earner employees, withholding tax employees and terminated employees within the year.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be graduate of Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Accounts Payable
- Background in Taxation is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
