Job Description
The Program specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that support the department’s overall business goals. This includes but is not limited to developing and managing campaigns, creating and managing marketing materials, and tracking results. The Program specialist will also work closely with other departments, to ensure that efforts are aligned with the department’s overall goals and objectives.
The Program specialist is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of a specific program or set of programs. This includes planning, coordinating, and implementing program activities; managing resources; and evaluating program outcomes. The Program specialist also works with a variety of stakeholders, including program participants, staff, and community partners.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement program activities in accordance with program goals and objectives.
- Ensure that program activities are completed on time and within allocated resources.
- Evaluate program outcomes to assess the effectiveness of program activities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of program development and evaluation. Develop and execute marketing plans that support the department’s overall goals and objectives.
- Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and social media posts.
- Track and analyse marketing results to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all efforts and initiatives are aligned with the department's overall strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Must have at least 1-2 years experience in project management

With experience in marketing, communications, business management and other related fields

Preferably with Career Service (Professional), Second Level Eligibility

Having past government experience is an advantage
