Job Description
As HR Generalist, you will be tasked with-
- Creating the HR infrastructure of the company:
- Formalizing job descriptions by understanding each job and knowing which temperament best fits the job, and using this knowledge for job recruitment
- Formalizing career path of employees
- Initiating activities that build a professional work environment
- Initiating employee's job growth by looking for seminars, talks that would help the staff become more efficient and more engaged at work
- Develop and maintain a team spirit
- Work with higher management in drafting, writing down, and presenting company policies
- Creating spreadsheets that would help track employee performance
- Creating training procedures and peformance review assessments
Minimum Qualifications
- A college degree in Human Resource Development, or Psychology or courses in Organizational Behavior
- At least two years experience working in the HR Department
- Experience, or is knowledgeable about updating and filing employee documents in government agencies ( SSS, Pag Ibig, Philhealth..)
- Experience in the following:
- Doing HR admin work, such as updating 201 files, filing government documents related to HR
- Recruitment process and end of employment process
- Making presentations to employees regarding company policies and activities
- Knowledgeable in the following:
- Labor Code and keeps updated with it
- DOLE requirements
- Above average skills in the following:
- Communication skills in English and Filipino
- Interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Organizational skills- planning and scheduling of tasks and responsibilities; tracking of own tasks and responsibilities
- Computer literate- proficient in presentation skills, creating spreadsheets ( Excel), writing out policies ( Word)
