Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Site Captain, the Sales Executive helps promote and grow the company within the Philippines and primarily acts as a front liner in dealing with customers, and provides exceptional customer service. Accept all inquiries and convert inquiries into tenants.
Primary Objective:
- Meets or exceeds Customers’ needs through reliable and informed customer service.
- Promotes growth and knowledge of the product with our current and potential customers.
- Develops and maintains strong customer relationships.
- Identifies and nurtures potential new clients.
- Identifies opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Ensures maximum conversion of inquiries into storer customers
- Ensures repeat business through a competitive professional approach and optimum quality control and customer service.
- Ensures the customers’ experience with our product is world-class by maintaining a world-class facility and providing world-class service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enters customer and potential customer details accurately into the management system, e.g., SiteLink. Assists in conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Ensures accurate reporting (using management software) and explains discrepancies, exceptions, and abnormalities daily and monthly.
- Maintains a neat and well-organized office and coordinates necessary services for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Supports the development and documentation of company operational procedures.
- Provides support in marketing activities, including encoding of customer data.
- Performs customer sales and service, including promoting the product at the business site, via email, over the phone, and occasionally through customer visits.
- Provides outstanding customer service, including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries
- Sells and Rents in-store merchandise and maintains supplies of moving and packing materials
- Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner as directed by management.
- Assists in following up on overdue tenants and sending out invoices when needed.
- Supports the auditing of the facility and operations.
- Maintains a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility, including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily.
- Performs minor cleaning, when needed, or/and in the absence of cleaning personnel, vacated space, hallway, comfort room, and grounds.
- Provides general administrative support and other related sales executive tasks as required by the management.
General:
Because of the nature of our business and its changing requirements, this job profile is a general outline of the type of critical tasks the job holder will be asked to undertake in their role. It will be reviewed regularly in consultation with the post holder and as part of the Loc&Stor 24/7 performance structure.
Also, at the request of the immediate head, job responsibilities and duties may change from time to time depending on the department’s alignment to Loc&Stor 24/7’s Mission, Purpose, and Values.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of at least six months of progressive experience handling Sales tasks or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Computer literacy involves familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Awareness of other Technology software systems, particularly Sales.
- Customer focus & Customer service, Critical Thinking, Planning & Organizing, Problem-solving, and decision making.
- Communication Proficiency, Self-Starter, thoroughness, Pays attention to detail, and Multi-tasker.
- A team player and can work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
