As General Accountant, your job role will cover the following tasks:

General Accounting

1. Bookkeeping – making sure that all financial transactions are recorded and with supporting documents

a. Sales/Income

b. Disbursements

2. Preparation of Financial Reports – Monthly & Annual

a. Profit & Loss

b. Cash Flow

c. Balance Sheet

3. Annual Budget

4. Formulate/create systems and procedures.

Tax Reporting

1. Withholding Taxes

a. Expanded

b. Compensation

2. VAT

a. Vat Relief

b. 2550M/2550Q

3. Income Tax

4. Alphalist

a. Suppliers

b. Employees

5. Taxes on importation

6. Business/ Branch Registration – if applicable

Sepcific Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Accountancy, CPA license is an advantage
• With at least 3 year(s) working experience in General Accounting.
• Comprehensive knowledge in Tax laws & regulations
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• MS Office profficient, specially in MS Excel and Word
• Has background in accounting software like Quickbooks
• Has organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
