Job Description
- Assist in Development and implementation of the brand strategy
- Assist in brand management and corporate identity
- Assist in development of marketing strategy in line with company objectives
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
- Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
- Creation of and publication of marketing materials in line with marketing plans
- Planning and overseeing of promotional campaigns
- Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing communications
- Manage social media presence to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Creates, manages and monitors research surveys to better understand our target and industry
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities
- Work closely with sales team; enabling them to meet their sales goals by providing them with appropriate tools and materials.
- Manage the field sales team; providing them with necessary presentation materials.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Manages third party marketing related service providers (e.g. SEO consultant, Copywriter, graphic designer, etc...)
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing and PR purposes
- Submits and monitors Intellectual Property data
Minimum Qualifications
- At least three years experience in marketing
- Can collaborate with team mates and colleagues from other departments
- Organized and has good time management skills
- Creative and thinks outside the box, and yet balances it with an appreciation for hard data
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills; can work independently
