HR Officer  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training & Development Programs
• Employees’ programs, benefits, welfare, productivity and employees’ discipline
• Conducts TNA, Training Modules and Trainings and or Seminars for the Personal and Career Growth of all employees
• Ensures Company compliance with labor laws, attends to all labor requirements, coordinates with corporate lawyer regarding labor disputes and other cases brought before the government agencies and any court
• Management relation, Employees of the Month, Employee of the Year, sports and recreation, employees’ cooperative program, training, staff safety and security program.
• Recommends, implements control on general employees’ attendance, overtime, night differential and holidays premium to save payroll expenses
• Designs employees’ performance evaluation, other HRD application forms, job grade evaluation, periodical job analyses to determine employees’ productivity.
• Duly responsible for the overall manpower budget of all departments. See to it that the number of employees in each department is in-line with the approved Manning Budget for the particular year and has proper documentation of PEF (Personnel Requisition Form).

• Psychology graduate or equivalent;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
