Job Description
- Build new customer base and maintaining rapport with customers by:
- Examining complaints and identifying solutions.
- Suggesting improved methods and techniques.
- Recommending system improvements.
- Achieve the budgeted Sales objectives.
- Promote and demonstrate the brand and product in and outside the store.
- Assist the Store Head in the successful running and administration of the store as well as maintaining and keeping the showroom’s freshness.
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
- Train the customer on system use and how to obtain system maintenance if needed.
- Be responsible for store operations, build a new customer base, and maintain or create a loyal base of customers.
- Achieve sales targets through the implementation of the stores' customer service standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Sales - Retail/General or its equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in retail sales, with a successful sales track record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Pleasing personality.
