Job Description

  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
  • Performs receptionist functions.
    • Greet, assist and/or direct clients and visitors.
    • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
    • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring to appropriate staff member needed to talk to by the caller.
  • Perform clerical duties in order to maintain administration, develop and maintain current and accurate filing system, monitor the use of supplies and equipment, coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work (maintenance of ACU units, lighting, laptops, telephones, etc.., maintenance of showroom by coordinating with the Showroom Manager on changes or modification in the showroom, in-charge in the purchasing and distribution of corporate gifts for clients or suppliers except for Christmas giveaways.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any four-year course
  • Preferably with relevant work experience as Admin. Assistant/Receptionist.
  • Must be hardworking, honest, punctual & responsible.
