Job Description
The Sr. Recruitment Officer will be responsible in leading the staffing efforts of the company. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill company staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Builds applicant sources thru online recruitment channels and internal referral system.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using social groups and job sites.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ work experience related to the position. Recruitment in BPO set up is an advantage.
- Preferably living within the South (Alabang, Muntinlupa, San Pedro, Sta.Rosa, Cabuyao)
- Excellent communication skills
