- Maintain, develop and implement strategic methods that will ensure smooth business operations, e.g., hiring and scheduling
- Develop, design, and deploy communication strategies to attract and retain customers and audience for the company's physical and web platforms
- Manage effective execution of existing policies —update and revise such where necessary
- Help drive sales through traditional and digital marketing efforts
- Keep abreast with current retail best practices
- Monitor latest trends and happenings in and around fitness and lifestyle industries
- Conduct research, e.g., surveys, to gain insight that will result in better business both for the company's physical and web platforms
- Establish and maintain good relations with company's new and existing partners and affiliates
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any business- or communication-related course
- Must have marketing skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills — fluent in English and Tagalog
- Content writing experience desirable
- Must be amenable to doing field work
- Must have experience in leading a team
- Experience in the retail industry a plus
- Must have 2–3 years relevant experience
- Required experience retail operations: 2 years
