HR Supervisor  

• Organizes and directs human resource management program.
• Interviews and screens applicants from staff to managerial level.
• Plans and prepares a three-year human resource development program, policies and procedures for its operation.
• Implements and organizes Company related activities to promote employees retention and corporate social responsibility.
• Orients and schedule newly hired employees for Training / Orientation to different Department.
• Plans and develops program/activities to boost employee morale.
• Implements and directs procedures for personnel hiring, orientation, and placement, induction, and training, evaluation and safety programs.
• Initiates and directs surveys related to turnover, wages, morale efficiency ratings, recruitment and conducts conferences to improve working relationships and conditions and other human resource problems.
• Conducts Training Needs and Analysis.
• Investigate causes of disputes and grievances; recommends corrective actions/disciplinary actions or measures based on the code of discipline.
• Plans and set up a system of record keeping.
• Monitors attendance, tardiness, and weekly activity report.
• Ensures timely/correct records and timekeeping.
• Monitors the admin and liaison officers work activity.

• Bachelor’s degree holding in the field of Psychology, Behavioural Science, Business Administration, Law or other related disciplines
• With two years progressive experience handling Human Resources and General Administration in the same capacity.
• Possess in-depth understanding of all HR facets such as Talent Management (Recruitment & Selection) Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Records Management and Training and Development.
