Job Description
- Process, summarize, review and analyze general and administrative expenses and other overhead expenses.
- Maintaining assigned general ledger accounts
- General bookkeeping
- Review, monitor and posting of PCF replenishments, reimbursements, liquidations and request for payment
- Monthly reporting on Finance Staement, cash flow statement, Credit card monitoring
- Renewal of business permit quarterly
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related courses
- Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 2 years experience
- With work experience in a construction industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures,
- Filing of BIR process
- Proficient on Quickbooks, encoding/journal entries
- Flexible, willing to learn and highly analytical
- Can work with minimum supervision
