Job Description
- Documentation of Medical Records
- Administer first-aid and respond to all medical emergencies at the site
- Ensure effective and efficient implementation of company rules, regulations,.policies and procedures
- Stores, administers and monitor first-ad treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illness
- Prepares report on maintenance of accurate nursing and medical records.
- Do audit at project site and staff house of workers
- Attend to daily consultations of workers at the site
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- At least 2-4 years experience specialized as Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
- 2-4 years experience as Site Nurse in a construction company
- Registered Nurse
- With Basic Occupational Safety and Health(BOSH), OHNAP and COSH Training and Certificate
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Willing to be assigned in project site
- Can start immediately
