Job Description
- Prospect clients through various sales activities such as field saturation, strategic telemarketing, optimized online posting of properties, high-end mall & booth manning, and other means/methods that enable the "creative side" of a seller.
- Set appointments and site visits with prospect-buyers, advising them on suitability and value of the real estate product they are looking into.
- Present real estate products such as residential lots, commercial lots, residential condominiums, and office condominiums, either as an investment or as an end-use purchase to prospect-buyers, based on their buying needs.
- Help Clients by providing them options in choosing the best unit option and payment method to accommodate their current financial situation.
- Grow and improve one's sales techniques in order to become an expert in making real estate products more appealing to potential buyers.
- Study and research real property market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Close multi-million deals.
- Accept multi-million commissions.
