Job Description
The Project Inspector - Civil is responsible in assisting the CMO-Project Inspector-Civil in monitoring the construction activities through regular inspection of ongoing construction and ensures that the construction conforms to approved plans, specifications and standards.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Regularly inspects ongoing field construction activities to ensure that ongoing field construction conforms to specifications and standards.
- Assists the Construction Officer during the testing and commissioning.
- Conducts punch listing activities on field construction ensuring that comments and other issues identified are documented and submitted to the Construction Officer.
- Prepares field inspection monitoring reports such as Daily Inspector’s Report, Inspectors Activity Report, and other reports that detail results of field inspection activities including non-conformance to specifications, standards and other requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Technology Major in Civil.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
- Good analytical skills.
