Software Engineer  

Likha-iT being one to freee K.K.’s mission of “Empowering small businesses to take center stage”, we are committed to develop and provide an “integrated management platform” that integrates, automates, and streamlines all back office operations.

Likha-iT is part of freee’s Global Engineering team that has just been launched at the beginning of 2022 and currently developing products and building up diverse and talented development teams.

This time, we are looking for software engineers who can develop robust and valuable web services and make our teams better together.

Responsibilities

• Develop one of our web services with modern web technologies
• Collaborate with teams to make our services and teams better

Minimum qualifications:

• 3-10+ years of practical development experience as a software engineer
• Experience covering front-end, back-end, and infrastructure
• Has leadership experience
• Experience to contribute organizational activities including evaluation, hiring, and hosting tech events
• Ability to understand products, business, and customer’s needs.

Preferred qualifications:

• Work experience in Japanese environment
• Experience in designing, developing, and operating services from scratch
• Those who have development experience with Ruby on Rails

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time employment
• Probationary period: 6 months
• Work location: 11th Flr. 142 Amorsolo Building, 142 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Makati City 1229
• Working hours: 9AM – 6PM Philippine time (with 8 core working hours and 1-hour break)
• Hybrid working arrangement (3 days working on site and 2 days wfh weekly)
