Human Resources Specialist  

1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

• a. Conducts Job Analysis and Recruitment Plan (Job Advertisement, Recruitment Marketing, Partnerships) based on organizational needs and market-based data
• b. Sources, screens, interviews, and evaluates candidates
• c. Regularly communicates with the candidates and the Line Managers to ensure organized coordination regarding the recruitment status.
• d. Regularly reports the progress on the job vacancies, and the recruitment status to the Human Resources Manager
• e. Orients the successful applicants on the pre-employment requirements, and all necessary pre-employment procedures.
• f. Collects and compiles the pre-employment requirements and ensures safekeeping to 201 File.
• g. Conducts New Hires Orientation.

2. Talent Rewards and Engagement

• a. Maintains up-to-date and accurate HR Information System data, and 201 file safekeeping.
• b. Prepares and documents Employee Movement files, certification documents, organizational reports, and employment-related reports.
• c. Assists employees in availing government-mandated, and company-initiated benefits.
• d. Facilitates employee engagement programs such as teambuildings, assemblies, year-end parties, etc. and other activities such as engagement surveys
• e. Prepares disciplinary action documents, and monitors the issued actions such as written warnings, NTEs, suspensions, etc.

3. Talent Training and Performance Management

• a. Conducts Training Needs Analysis.
• b. Develops training modules and materials as needed by the company.
• c. Implements and facilitates training programs.
• d. Assist in the facilitation of Performance Reviews

4. Other tasks which may be assigned

• Level of Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or master degree in a relevant discipline
• Field of Study:
  • Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, and other related fields
• Work Experience:
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
• Training or Certificate:
  • Human Resource and Industrial Relations
