- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
- Compile and sort invoices and checks.
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
- Record sales, charge and refunds
- Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
- File and tally deposits.
- Match invoices to work orders.
- Process bills for payment.
- Contact individuals with delinquent accounts.
- Process and file government mandatory benefits.
- Other ad hoc duties given by the management
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any course preferrably Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- No required experience but must be a quick learner
- Quick books and excel familiarity is plus
- Background on purchasing, sourcing, recruitment and procurement is also a plus
