Job Description
To assist Academic Director and Department in their office work such as:
- Coordinating with other offices / departments
- Coordinate meetings (e.g., scheduling, preparing, following up, taking minutes)
- Coordinate communication (e.g, face-to-face, online)
- Handle human resource concerns
- Handle department office, facilities, supplies, fund,
- Prepare and process administration and academic documents
- Help organize and implement school events
- Research and writing of reports
- Perform other related work
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; but a Management degree from top 15 national universities is an advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in a school setting is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in office work or work directly related to the above duties & responsibilities
- Pleasing personality
- Christian or positive towards Christianity
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent coordinating and organizing skills
- Knowledgeable or has good familiarity in the digital
- Computer Skills: knowledge or experience with Microsoft Office/G Suite/Zoom
