- Responsible for supervising all aspects of Accounting operations
- Manage accurate, reliable and timely record keeping and reporting for internal requirements
- Analysis of the company financial record and consults on the efficiency and effectiveness of Accounting process
- Train and supervise accounting staff
- Facilitates compliance with local and national government, reporting of requirements, filing and on time payment of taxes due
- Responsible for managing a functional section of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, joint interest billing, petty cash, banking activities, revenue and asset accounting
- Prepares and directs the preparation of year-end audit, financial statements, and varied fiscal reports
- Work closely with the external audit team ensuring all necessary critical information is available to them
- Reviews and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures, responsible for implementing and administering the company's policy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required but not required
- At least 3-5years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Supervisors/5 Years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Very good analytical skills, very good communication and relationship building skills, Proficiency in MS Excel, Team player
