- Handles current storekeeping activities including store organization
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials / equipment and reconciles with purchase orders
- Stores and issues food and non-food items
- Maintains and compiles records of supply deliveries/transactions
- Verifies that supplies received are listed in requisition slips, delivery receipts and invoices
- Maintains the warehouse, stores supplies and equipment in an orderly and well-organized manner
- Maintains a regular and updated inventory of the warehouse
- Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves any discrepancies regarding receipts and deliveries
- Executes simple administrative tasks
- Will assist the Purchasing Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree
- Have a work experience in a similar function
- Have a strong personality, result and service-oriented
- A good team player; a good sense of organization
- Be able to adapt to unexpected changes and to work under pressure in order to respect deadlines
